Crisis & Impact Communications
Crisis is defined as a time of intense difficulty, trouble, or danger. In today’s social climate, it’s more important than ever for brands to know when to speak up, when not to speak up, and when they should do more. Through the last few years we’ve been on the front lines of brand messaging during an unprecedented pandemic, a powerful Black Lives Matter movement, and a fight for equality amongst women and the LGBTQ+ community. While diversity and inclusion may be of the foremost importance for your brand internally, your platform should be used a powerful outlet as well.
In March of 2020, we created an influencer program for OPI to engage our consumer community, and inspire our professional community. In June of 2020, we built the ‘Rainbow of Hope’ to symbolize the country coming together with hope for a positive outcome from the Black Lives Matter movement, while also coming out of the pandemic. For many brands we’ve built programs to highlight women-owned, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and AAPI founded brands.
We’re constantly working on learning and educating through our personal and professional outlets. While all of our projects for your brand will represent these ideals, we have the experience and resources when more is necessary.
